Dear Va and Family
I will drop you a few lines just to let you hear from Me I am well and hope you
are the same. I am sorry to hear that Cecil had to be examinated for the
Army I sure hope he won't pass. I heard that Dick Hollie and Marcuse
Monday had to be examiated for the army to. I heard that Dick Hollie was
going to move down to Virginia. I guess you know what kind of time we are
having over here in France. I guess Robey has gone to the Navy by
now. I guess it will be sad time soon everybody leaves. I guess Mama
is worried to death. Well I hope Cecil won't have to go. Tell Roberta
I will write to her just as soon as I get a chance. I guess you
